Referencing Appendices
Referencing your own appendices in your own text:
Your appendix does not need to be referenced. It is enough to signpost it in the body of your work, for example: (See Appendix A).
If you created your own appendix, and you've cited references, then number the references within the appendix consecutively in sequence with your written text and include them in your reference list.
Referencing appendices not written by you:
If the appendix was not written by you then place the numbered citation, in sequence with the rest of the text, at the end of the appendix and include the full reference in your reference list.

For each image file, the figure number is used as the file name (for example, Figure 1A). All images must be submitted in .JPEG and .TIFF formats at 300 Dpi resolution. Powerpoint (.ppt) files can only be used for drawn graphics and a separate Powerpoint file should be prepared for each Powerpoint figure. For those who do not have experience with digital image files and formats, it is recommended to seek technical assistance.
For all kinds, figures and photographs previously published in print or electronic media, written permission from both the author and publisher (the owner of the copyright) must be obtained and sent to the editorial office of the journal by mail or fax.

Ethics committee approval is also required for articles that do not include animal or human studies, such as retrospective studies, database analyses, but it is sufficient to indicate the ethics committee approval for such studies in the methodology section at the submission stage of the article. The editor may request the ethics committee reports from the corresponding author. The compliance of the articles with the ethical rules is the responsibility of the authors.

Discovery ST PET/CT scanner (General Electric Medical Systems, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA).
Experimental animal studies: In the Materials and Methods section, it should be stated that all animals were subjected to humane treatment in experimental studies in accordance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals.
